  • Enjoy our 30-day return and exchange policy. We give you plenty of time to ensure your purchase is perfect.

How to Return or Exchange

Simple Steps for a Seamless Process:

  1. Condition Check: Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same sellable condition they were received.
  2. Contact Us for RMA#: Before sending anything back, please contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  Items that are sent to us without a RMA# would most likely not actually reach us.  We’ll provide you the correct address to send to.
  3. Label and Package: Clearly write the RMA number on your return label and include it inside the box.

Costs and Fees

  • Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless an error was made.
  • Restocking Fees: There's a 20% restocking fee for gift items, a 15% restocking fee for basic jewelry, and a 5% restocking fee for jewelry items.

  • If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, contact us with details and photos of the issue. We'll sort it out swiftly and satisfactorily.

Exceptions to the Rule

  • Clearance and Final Sale Items: Items marked as clearance or final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
  • Customized Items: Usually, customized items can't be returned or exchanged. However, we offer alterations and resizing, ensuring your piece fits perfectly.
